Va. 725-2215 The undersigned Trustee by vir- tue of the authority vested in her by that certain deed of trust bear- ing the date of the 7th. day 'of July, 1964, made by EMORY L. JENKINS and ANNA T. JENK- INS, husband and wife, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of Jefferson County West Virginia, .in Deed Book No. 267, at Page 498, under which de~ fault having been made, and the undersigned having been directed to foreclose thereunder by the secured party, and offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Court House of Jeff- erson County, in Charles Town, West Virginia, at 10:00 A. M., Saturday, December 12th, 1964, that certain parcel of real estate, together with the improvements there6n, situate on the east sitlle of the Shenandoah River~and on the south side ot Chestnut Hill Public Road leading from State Route No. 9 and described as f01- lows: "Beginning at the corner of Raymond Howell's lot on the southern boundary line of Chestnut t-Iill road; thence ~running in an easterly direr tion 103 feet to a point now made a corner with Fred Nick; thence by a new lille running in a southerly dir- ection 210 feet to the line of Charles C. Cogle; now made a corner; thence with his line in a westerly direc- tion 103 feet to a corner with said Cogle and Raymond Ho- well; thence with the line of Raymond Howell in a north- erly direction 210 feet to the point of beginrting on said Chestnut Hill, containing 21,- 630 square feet, more or less?' AND BEING the same real estate as was conveyed to the said Emory L. Jenkins by deed from Melvin E. Longer- beam, et ix, dated June 1, 1959, and recorded in the of- fice of the clerk of the Coun- ty Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 232, page 67, to which re- ference is made. This con- veyance is subject to a right- of-way, if applicable, reserved by Charles C. Cogle in deed to said Longerbeam and wife, dated March 27, 1948, record- ed in Said office in Deed Book Nol 185, page 244. TERMS OF SALE: One-third cash on day of sale, balance in two equal annual pay- ments due imone and two years from date of sale, respectively, with interest at ,6% per annum from day "of sale, with' the un- paid portion of the purchase pr- ice to be secured by a deed of trust or vendor's lien.
