10 SPIRIT OF JEFFERSON Farmer's ADVOCATE - Thursday, December 4, 2003 ,,, "Slow Down For Holidays" The North Pole staff at the Ranson Police Department is conducting the first annual "Slow Down for the Holidays" program, an event that will hopefully spread a little Christ- mas cheer to local families. This program will help each child in the community receive a Christmas gift from Santa Claus this holiday season.
