objection to said application with the Commission at anytime
on or before the 21st day of November, 1968.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the applicant, the City

and of the time and place of hearing thereon, by posting a copy
of this order in a conspicuous place where bills for sewerage
service are paid, for a period of at least fifteen (15) days prior
