For fiscal year 88/89 - total cost of project: $82,632 - SCBG Funds: $41,316 The purpose of this combined Notice is to meet two separate procedural re- quirements of 24 CFR 58: 1. a Notice of Finding of No Signifi- cant Impact; 2. a Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds. Those wishing to comment specify which Notice is being addressed.
