The matre,n of honor wore an afternoon dress of ice blue pure si'lk, rounded Tleckline deeply reed in back, fitted midriff and /'till skirt wit, h a ,mat:ching bandeau wit,h short veil and a nosegay of white ,and yellow daisy chrysan- t hemttms and lavender and pink asters. The bridesmaids wore i- dentical dress of pale pi,nk silk, mabching bandeau and a nosegay of white and yellow daisy chry- santhemums( lavender and pink ast,ers. Little MTiss Jeannie ~vIarie Ren- al'ds wore a full sl~rted w~hd,te rose 'bud em~broidered organdy over blue and .s,he carried a basket, of white and yellow daisy chrysanthe mums .and lavender asters. Mrs. Rena,lds' ,afternoon dress was ice blue. the bridesmaids' pink all of them handmade and worn with matching bandeaux with veils. They carried nosegays of .,nixed flowen~. The mother of the bride, in a beige and brown sheath used mat ching accessories. ,Mrs. Henson used 'black accessories wit,Jh a ;reen and blue print. Both of ,them wor~ cymbidium orchids. James K. Howell was his son's best man. Ushers were James K. Howell, Jr. and Leslie Good, all of them of l~ront Royal. The reception which followed the ceremony was on tJhe church 'lawn. Mrs. Robert Cat,her, Mrs. Donald Bowman, Mrs. Leslie Good Mrs. Walter I. Henson, Jr., 'Mrs. Leonard Reed of Fron~t Royal, Va. ,Miss Paul Miller of Flint Hill, Va. and Mrs. W. Keith Morris of Char los Town were the assista,nts. After a motor trip through the Virginia mountains Mr. and Mrs. Henson will be at home in Amar- i'lo, .Texas. ~Virs. Henson left in a blue shirtwaist dress wit,h which she wore black accessories, a white hat and a w,hite orchid. Graduated from Warren County High Sohool, Mr. Henson served :four years in the Air Force, larg- ely in Germany.
