SPIRIT OF JEFFERSON FARMERS ADVOCATE JULY 23, 1959 5--B Baltimore & Ohio To Repair Crossings In Charles Town Soon Four railroad crossings in Char- les Town are due to com~ in for some repair work in the near fut- ure. This was learned recently by Charles Town Council in a letter from the Baltimore and Ohio Rail road. The crossings to be repaired are at Mildred, Church Lawrence and George streets. And the repair work is to be started as soon as similiar repairs now being made at several Winchester (Vs.) cross- ings can be completed. The letter informing Charles Town Council of plans for repair- !ng the three local crossings came m response to one from Council a short time ago asking the rail- road company to make some re- pairs on the Church street cross- ing. Just what type of ~epairs are to be made the letter from the rail- road company did not say. New plan is studied for loans .to co-ops.
