Tt~e meeting was opened with devoions led by Mrs. S. C. Olassford after which the roll was called, minutes of the last meeting read and approved and the treasurer's reoort. Several items of business were discussed: a subject for the exhib it at the Oharles Town Fair a con tribution of $5.00 to the Queen of Roses, mowing t'he picnic area, Vesper Service to be held in July (,place a,nnounced later) and the club will hold ~heir annual picnic on July 1st 'at Memorial Park a L w~hieh 1,Brine t!he local 4-H Club will be guests.
