Boamer, of Row]es St., Harpers Ferry, received a certificate of recognition for her dedication to Blaine Window Hardware, Hagerstown, at the company's annual Christmas party in December. The commention was based on Elaine's employee rating, a step increase and promotion. Of particular note were two ac- complishments: the mass conversion, within two weeks, of Blaine Window Repair Service, Kennington, to a computer system; and her acceptance to work a second shift, relieving data processing of an overtime budget burden and an in- convenient employee scheduling problem. Along with the award, Elaine's second from BWH, she received a $195 check. Elaine is a com- puter operator at BWH and was recently promoted to chief operator, effective in May. She has been accepted into the Career Development Program class of '78-'79.and is attending evening classes at Hagerstown Jr. College, studying toward an associate degree in data processing and business.
