Energy Night Is Observed By 4.H Club Energy Night was held April 12 by the Shenandoah 4-H Club at the Bolivar-Harpers Ferry Public Library. The public was invited to learn ways to conserve energy, so there will be enough for the future. A most interesting talk en- titled "Energy Management -- Energy Night, told about Project Conserve and distributed questionnaires. These surveys can be filled out about conditions in your home and mailed postage-free to Charleston. They will be analyzed and suggestions for saving energy will be returned to you. This service is available free to all West .Virginia residents. The library was decorated with posters made by 4-H members suggesting further ways to save energy.
