McDonald Talks To Kiwanians On Easter Members of the Charles Town Kiwanis Club heard the Rev. Dr. Carlyle McDonald, pastor of the Charles Town Presbyterian Chur ch, give an interesting and enjoy- able talk appropriate for the Eas- ter season as the highlight of their regular weekly dinner meet. ing last Thursday evening in the Blue Grass Inn in Charles Town. The speaker was introduced to the group by Paul Relier. Two Former Members Members of the Shepherdstown Volunteer Fire Department will honor and eulogize two former active members of the fire depart ment at the April 10 meeting to be held in the meeting room of the Fire Hall at 7:30 it was an- nounced Wednesday. Attorney Lee Bushong of Char- les Town will deliver the address and the Rev. Randall Parsons of the Shepherdstown Methodist Church will open the service with Scripture and Prayer . Those to be honored are Her- bert Rogers, who served as treas- urer of the fire company from 1915 to 1960; and M. S. R. Moler ~who was president of the com- pany from 1938 until 1951.
