The op ening session will be at 9:45 a. m. This will be the first year that Charles Town High School has sent students to this Conference. .Representing .Charles .Town High .School .will .be .Tommy Crane, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Crane of Rt. 2, Summit Point and Judy Jenkins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John M. Jenkins of Rt. 1, Summit Point. These students will be accom- panied by Mr. William Jordan, J40 Organizations a member of the Social Studies Department. Sponsored by the West Virgin- ia Education Association, the llth annual conference will be held in the Civic Center. Students will have an opportunity to see their state government in action. To Participate In Home Heating Meet More than forty national organ- izations will participate in a nat- ional conference on electric home heating to be sponsoredby the National Coal Policy Conference Inc. in Washington, D. C. on Fri- day, February 17. Many segments of the building, building materials and coal, elec- trical and allied industries, as well as both banking and govern- ment will be represented. Both management and labor will pattie ipate in the one-day session. Joseph E.
