Police said damages to the two cars was listed at $400. They said they charged Lillie r Ostrander with driving while intoxicated. The other accident occurred about 2:55 p.m. on the Flowing Springs Road with only one car being involved. State Police said a car being driven by Reese Clabaugh, Jr, of Third Avenue, Ranson, said that another car had passed him, and had cut back to quickly and to close to his car, causing him t lose control. Can anybody explain Potomac Edison recently asked its customers, par- ticularly those involved in commercial activities, to begin immediately electrical energy conservation measures to prolong the company's existing supply of coal. Born in Elkins, July 22, 1906, be was the son of the late John Feight and James DeWitt Feight. He was a retired salesman. He was a member of the Lions Club and the United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Pauline Payne Feight; one daughter, Mrs Jean F. Milbourne, Purcellville, Va.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
