Upon completion of the compensation study, the Con- sultant shall provide training to appropriate division staff on the utilization and maintenance of the Compensation and Classi- fication System. This includes ensuring that all processes are in place, working, and understood by the organization. Additionally, the Consultant should provide all digital and/or hard copy doc- umentation and other relevant materials so the district will be able to maintain the system in- dependently of the Consultant following the implementation of the compensation study. 13. JCS expects ongoing and open communications between our Human Resources (HR) Department and the Consultant over the course of the study. Bi- monthly meetings to update and inform progress with the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Superintendent are manda- tory. 14. The Consultant, upon re- quest of JCS, will provide status updates and/or present to JCS leadership, JCS School Board, and other important stakeholders. 15.
