4. Income Statement and Balance Sheet, reflecting the
financial position of the corporation.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the applicant give
notice of the filing of said application and of the time and
place of hearing by publishing a copy of this order in a
newspaper published and o general circulation in Jeffer-
son County once a week for two (2) successive weeks, the
first publication to be made not more than thirty (30) days
nor less than fifteen (15) days prior to January 26, 1962,
making due return thereof on or before the day of hearing.
